Gmail:
After connecting Planbox with Gmail, ideas are created automatically based on the email content the moment an email is sent to a designated account; you can also set up alerts to create an idea from an email when certain keywords or phrases appear in an email’s subject or body.
- Google Calendar: After connecting Planbox with Google Calendar, reminders are automatically created for your challenge’s or innovation event’s start and end dates and any other key milestones and reminders you have set up in Planbox.
- Google Drive: After connecting Planbox with Google Drive, attach new documents and add a comment to an idea when a new file is added to a designated G Drive folder.
- Google Docs: After connecting Planbox with Google Docs, append text to an existing document from new ideas or comments in Planbox.
- Google Sheets: After connecting Planbox with Google Sheets, create spreadsheet rows from new or updated ideas or comments in Planbox.
