About the Speaker

Having spent over a decade as a successful entrepreneur in the consulting industry, Cris is now recognized globally as a thought leader on innovation strategy, leadership, and culture, and a pioneer in the field of measuring innovation maturity.

Cris is also the co-author of “Building a Culture of Innovation”, an Amazon bestseller and voted one of CMI’s top books on innovation in 2017.

In 2021, Cris co-authored the Future-Fit Manifesto, a collective work built on Agile designed to help organizations take control of their destiny and proactively shape their future by becoming more adaptive, creative, and resilient.
